1. (Substrate Used)

                Sawdust- 100kg

                Wheat Bran- 5-6% (5-6Kg)

                Calcium Sulphate- According to Ph

Substrate Mix

Check the Ph (7-7.5)

Moisture- 60-65%

Prepare the Bags (Each 1kg)

 

Sterilized the Bags at 22 psi at 127.8*c

 

Inoculation (3-4% Spawn)

 

Incubate the Bags at (23-25*c) take time 30 days for mycelium coverage next 30 days for Browning at (22-24*c)

 

Open the Bags & take it at 18*c for 25 Days

Cold Treatment

Cold water (3-4*c temp)  put on the Bags in water 3-4 hour

 

                                           Take the Bags for Cropping at 14-15*c (times 30 days)
