                Sawdust – 100kg

                Rice Bran- 25-30% (25-30 kg)

                Calcium Sulphate - According to PH

Substrate Mix

Check the Ph (7-7.5)

Moisture – (60-65%)

Bags Filling (Each 1 kg)

Sterilized the Bags at 22 psi, 127.8*

Inoculation (3-4%) Spawned used

Incubate the Bags at 22-25*c temperature

(Take time 30 days)

Open the Bags & Scratching and take it to Cropping Room at (15-18*c ) Humidity – 80-85%

Takes time 15 Days to (Pin Head Developed)

SIMPLE STEPS TO GROW SHITAKE MUSHROOMS IN INDIA.

1. (Substrate Used)

                Sawdust- 100kg

                Wheat Bran- 5-6% (5-6Kg)

                Calcium Sulphate- According to Ph

Substrate Mix

Check the Ph (7-7.5)

Moisture- 60-65%

Prepare the Bags (Each 1kg)

 

Sterilized the Bags at 22 psi at 127.8*c

 

Inoculation (3-4% Spawn)

 

Incubate the Bags at (23-25*c) take time 30 days for mycelium coverage next 30 days for Browning at (22-24*c)

 

Open the Bags & take it at 18*c for 25 Days

Cold Treatment

Cold water (3-4*c temp)  put on the Bags in water 3-4 hour

 

                                           Take the Bags for Cropping at 14-15*c (times 30 days)

Washing of Wheat Grains

Boiling of Wheat Grains till they Swell up

Remove Excess water

Surface Drying of Wheat Grains Chemical Mixing CaSO4 & CaCo3 (2% and 0.5%)

Bags preparations (Polypropylene Bags)

Sterlized at :

Temp- 127*c

Pressure- 22 psi

Time- 90 min.

Incubation of Bags

Temp- 24-25*c

Time- 10-12 days

Media Preparation

Mix and heat till contents mix properly

Pouring in test tubes

Sterilized at

Temp- 121*c

Pressure- 15 psi

Time- 20 min.

Slant Preparation

Inoculation  (Transfer master spawn to spawn)
