Ingredients is needed for making mushroom Biryani is :
Button Mushrooms - 200 gm
Rice - 2 cups
Onion - 2
Curd - 1 cup
Tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - a bunch
Mint leaves - a bunch
Saunf - 1 tsp
Butter - as needed
Salt - as needed
Method to Cook
1.First, Soak rice in water for half an hour.
2.Strain water and set aside.
3.Cut mushroom finely.
4.Cut onion, tomato, coriander leaves, mint leaves finely.
5.Mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, tomato, salt with curd in a bowl and set aside.
6.Heat butter in a frying pan.
7.Add saunf, onion,fry for a few minutes.
8.Add rice, fry for sometime, transfer to a cooker, pressure cook till it whistles twice and set aside.
9. Heat butter in a frying pan.
10.Add mushroom, fry for a few minutes.
11.Add curd mix, fry till the contents are dry and remove pan from the stove.
12.Transfer rice to a large bowl.
13.Add mushroom to rice and mix well.
Serve it as you like or suite your style.
