Green Beans -Cooked 1cup
Crushed Cardamom Seeds 4no.
Cinnamon (Patta) Powder 1pieces
Onion -chopped 2 no.
Ginger paste 2tsp
Garlic paste 2tsp
Tomato 4no.
Chilli Powder 2tsp
Coriander Powder 2tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½tsp

Cashew Nuts paste ½cup

Curry Leaves 2stalks

How to cook it-
- Before starting cooking rinse mushroom with fresh water and slice it and Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in pan, Saute green cardamons, cinnamon and onion till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minute.
- Add chopped tomato, green chillies and curry leaves. Stir it well till oil separates.
- Add all the ingredients and stir till for 3 minutes.
- Then add the cashew nut paste in one cup of water and mix well add enough salt bring to boil.
- Add the green peas and mushrooms and cook till the peas are fully cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve it hot with whatever you like most roti or rice
